Annie Hillar

For over 20 years, Annie has dedicated her career to resourcing feminist movements, and is currently the Co-Director of Gender Funders CoLab, a network of private foundations committed to moving more and better resources for gender justice. Prior to joining Gender Funders CoLab, she held leadership positions at Global Fund for Women and Mama Cash—women’s funds at the forefront of investing in locally-led feminist groups around the world. She has held a range of governance roles within the philanthropic sector, including Steering Committee Co-Chair of the Human Rights Funders Network, and Gender Justice Circle Co-Lead at PEX. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Global Dialogue, a philanthropic intermediary organization that hosts funder initiatives and pooled funds, and incubates emerging social justice groups.
