Karla Pudar

Karla Pudar is a gender and human rights expert with over 15 years of experience in civil society and philanthropic work. She currently serves as Executive Manager at SOLIDARNA – Foundation for Human Rights and Solidarity in Croatia, where she leads strategic initiatives that support feminist philanthropy, civic engagement, and systemic change. Karla has built her career at the intersection of social justice, feminist philanthropy, and community empowerment, leading transformative programs and cross-sector collaborations. With a background in arts and culture, Karla brings a strong intersectional and cultural perspective to her work in social justice and community-driven development across Southeast Europe.
